For accurate financial reports, ensure your CSV includes columns for Date, Description, and Amount (or separate Debit/Credit columns). Mapping a GL Codes column is completely optional—if left unselected, our backend engine will automatically scan your transaction descriptions, run keyword matching, and map them directly into their proper accounting buckets.
